Join researchers across pain, touch, itch, proprioception, interoception, inflammation, biopsychosocial neuroscience, and related somatosensory fields.

All model systems and career stages are welcome.

Trainees are encouraged to connect with senior investigators in a relaxed setting.

This social welcomes all members of the broad neuroscience community and is intended to help researchers network at an informal level. This social has been very well attended in past years at all levels especially trainees.

This social is intended to connect researchers working in somatosensation including pain, touch and itch and researchers who are interested in interoception to foster networking and collaboration. Researchers who study rodent models and those working in non-human primates and humans will be encouraged to attend. Networking between researchers working in different animals and in humans will be emphasized. Trainees will be particularly encouraged to attend. Discussions will be informal and relaxed.
